Shweta Datt has joined University of Leeds as Country Advisor. She will be assisting University of Leeds to strengthen collaborations and accelerate new partnership activities with institutions across the education and research sectors.Shweta has been working for the past 18 years and brings with her varied experience in the areas of bilateral inter-country co-operation in the segment of Education and Training, Science, Technology and Travel. She has worked for organizations like the Australian Trade Commission, Australian Education International and the British High Commission. Her primary role across these organizations was to facilitate education and research collaborations, promote Australian/British scientific and academic achievements by working closely with the Indian Government, academia, industry and the civil society.

Shibani Mukherjee has joined University of Leeds as a Regional Advisor for North, East India and Bangladesh. She has exposure to the Overseas Education Industry for nearly nine years. She started as a Counselor in year 2000, and then she was promoted to a Senior Counselor level and subsequently to an Assistant Manager position before she secured a Managerial role. In addition she has experience of working with University of Sunderland, UK (Country Office - India) and Middlesex University, UK (Regional Office South Asia). She is well networked with top education consultants like Edwise International and Chopras in Delhi. She was primarily taking care of recruitment, admission, marketing and visa process in her previous organization, EGE Global Education.

Sujatha has almost 12 years of work experience in the hospitality, banking and the overseas education industry. Past experience in educational loans, visa processing, agent handling etc come handy as she covers the very important region of South of India for us, hailing from the region and being conversant with the local language is an added advantage. In addition she also manages Sri Lanka for the University.

Manisha has been with the University of Leeds from 2008. She joined as an assistant to the Country head and quickly moved up the ladder to become a Regional Manager.  Her long association with the university makes her one the most valuable member of the team. She is currently handling recruitment and marketing activites for Western India and Nepal along with general office administration.

Nikita Kapoor is working here with University of Leeds as a Support Officer. She has around 8 years of work experience in education industry. She has worked in organizations like NIIT, APTECH, The Institute of Computer Accountants and Study Overseas Global. Her basic job is to maintain the student records, social media pages and the university website. She also supports the regional managers in their respective regions of India and handles general office administration.
