Counseling

We do handholding of all students right from introducing study abroad option of University of Leeds till they register with the University as students.

We counsel students and provide them details of the programme, help them choose the programme by providing details of ranking of the department, scholarship available and eligibility criteria.

Support for making applications

We guide students for making an application, documents required, submission deadlines etc.

Backend process

We handle the backend processing of all applications from South Asia Region to University of Leeds.

We maintain internal software wherein we keep on updating the students details right from receiving application from, their application status, last contact made, action taken, communication received from the University etc.

We provide regular information to students about upcoming visits by faculties from the University by email and over phone to

We also provide feedback to University on recognition/standing of the college or university whenever required.

Support partners

We provide support to our partners (agents) across the region by providing training to their counseling staff in making applications and liaising with the university admissions team to increase the conversion rate. Thereafter we keep in touch with their students too to help with post selection process and accommodation etc.

Post application process

We help students with follow up of the status of their applications with the University departments, offer letter and the following:

Accommodation

We help them in selection of Accommodation, how to apply, paying deposit etc.

Conditional and unconditional offer

We follow-up for the hard copy of the offer letter and CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies) for the students. We also help the conditional offer holders in getting their offers converted from Conditional to Unconditional by sending their mark sheets and other relevant documents to the concerned department.

Payment of fees

We guide students with the modes of payment of tuition fees and accommodation to the University such as Demand draft, online payment etc.

Visa guidance

We help students in applying for visa by guiding them in filling up the forms, arranging financial papers, verifying all paperwork and providing cover letter to the applicant in the name of British High Commission.

In cases where visa issuance gets stuck, we request the intervention of the University's visa experts to help the cases of individual students.

Pre-departure events

We organize pre-departure briefings in all the major cities in India. Students and parents get an opportunity to meet fellow offer holders for Leeds. Get advice about accommodation, getting a visa, making travel plans, key dates, preparing for your studies. This is also an opportunity for students and parents to interact with our alumni who share their experience and answer to any questions from participants and their parents

We share the Alumni details with offer holders by providing them the contact details of Alumni whom they can contact for all the queries related to studies and life at University of Leeds.

Liaison with educational institutions

We are constantly in touch with prestigious educational institutions in the country and keep them informed about latest courses and developments at the university.

Seminar/Interactive session at Schools/Colleges/Institutions

Conducting 'Career Options' Seminars at Schools and Colleges across the region wherein we explain the various options available to the students pertaining to their areas of interest and answer and resolve any queries during the interaction.

Visit of University Faculties and Delegates

Organizing the visit of University faculties and delegates to various schools and colleges of major cities to interact with students and academicians. This provides a platform to students to interact with visiting officials directly as well as to the official an opportunity to understand student motivation, expectation and apprehensions.

Academic talk

Organize academic talks by visiting subject experts (faculty) at various institution to raise awareness of the academic and research prowess of University of Leeds while enriching the learning of students.

Tie-up's

Acting as a conduit for initiating discussions, arranging visits and providing local expertise for student and research exchange tie-up's between educational institutions and University of Leeds.
